1) Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website and services—including creating an account, enrolling in a course, or purchasing a subscription (collectively, the “Services”)—you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2) Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By creating an account or purchasing, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. Your "click to agree" during sign-up constitutes your electronic signature.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services.
4) Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being misused.
5) License to Use the Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
6) Course Access and No Sharing
Access is provided to the individual user enrolled under their account. You may not share your account, resell access, or distribute course materials (videos, PDFs, worksheets, recordings) to any third party. We may restrict concurrent sessions to prevent unauthorized sharing.
7) Intellectual Property
All content—including videos, lessons, text, graphics, templates, and branding—is owned by Energetic Geometry and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Content without express written permission.
8) Purchases, Subscriptions, and Cancellations
A. Paid Courses (One-time purchase): Access is granted for the "Life of the Product." This means you will have access to the course materials for as long as Energetic Geometry continues to host and provide that specific course on the platform.
B. Subscriptions & Certification Training: By enrolling in a monthly-billed offering, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis via Stripe or Thinkific Payments.
C. Cancellation & Access: You may cancel your subscription or Certification Course at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the training materials until the end of your current paid billing cycle. After that date, your access will be terminated.
D. Refunds: All sales for digital courses and subscription installments already processed are final. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
9) Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to violate laws, infringe on rights, harass others, or attempt to disrupt the Services (hacking, scraping, etc.). We may terminate access for violations.
10) Educational Purpose; No Professional Advice
The Services provide educational content regarding energetic geometry. This is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
11) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. ENERGETIC GEOMETRY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
12) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Venue for any disputes shall be in Colorado.
